CREAMY AND MILD BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

4 oz soft, mild blue cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp half-and-half
1 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp blue-cheese crumbles

Into blender put first four ingredients. Blend till smooth, pour into bowl. Whisk in mayo, stir in cheese crumbles. Chill. Stir well before serving.
