CHERRY COBBLER BLONDIES

1 (17.5) oz bag sugar cookie mix, divided
6 tbsp butter, room temperature, divided
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 egg yolk
1 (12 oz) jar cherry jam

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. In a bow, use fingers to combine 1 1/3 cups cookie mix, 2 tbsp butter, cinnamon and nutmeg until crumbs form.

Beat yolk and remaining butter cookie dough on low for 30 seconds, press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Spread with jam and top with spiced crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
