EASY CAESAR DRESSING

3 tbsp each lemon juice and water
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2/3 cup salad oil
1 tsp oregano leaves
2 tbsp sliced black olives
1 (2 oz) can flat anchovies, chopped
3-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid mix and shake 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, shaking again. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
