1/4 cup pineapple or apple juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2/3 cup salad oil
2 tsp soy sauce
Pour pineapple juice and vinegar into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Add dressing mix and shake 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients, shaking again. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
