GOLDEN BARBECUE CHICKEN

1 whole chicken breast, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
A dash of hot sauce

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Dip chicken in sauce and place in a rotisserie basket. Close basket top securely. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes. Adjust coals for medium heat and cook 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. Alternately, bake chicken pieces at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 4
