TURKEY-BACON-ARTICHOKE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 (6-ounce) package seasoned croutons
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (13.75-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 pint half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

Place croutons in the bottom of a lightly greased 9-x-13-x-2-inch baking dish. Top with turkey, bacon, and artichokes. Sprinkle with cheeses.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese layer in baking dish. Cover and chill for 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Let casserole stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Bake for 45 minutes, or until set and golden. Yield: 12 servings
