HAWAIIAN SURPRISE

1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges, undrained

Topping
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 1/2 cups well drained crushed pineapple
1 pkg instant pudding (coconut cream or vanilla are good)

Garnish
1/2 pkg coconut, toasted
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained, halved

Beat cake ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish for 30-40 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over cooled cake. Garnish.
