HONEY BOURBON MUSTARD

1/2 cup pure honey
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1 (9 oz) bottle horseradish sauce
Place honey, vinegar, brown sugar, eggs and flour in blender at blend until smooth. Transfer to saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring contantly. It will thicken as it comes to a boil.
When tickened add mustard and bourbon. Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add horseradish, beat well. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
