GUARDIAN ANGEL TORTE

1 pkg chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 angel food cake
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp confectioners sugar
Shaved chocolate

Combine pudding and milk in a saucepan. Cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly, stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2-3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover and top sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confections sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
