1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 oz) jar chocolate fudge sauce
1 prepared angel food cake, split into 3 layers
3/4 cup toffee bits

Fold whipped topping into fudge sauce just until blended. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread with one-fourth of the topping mixture and one-fourth of toffee bits. Repeat layers. Top remaining cake layer and frost the top and sides with remaining topping mixture; sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Store in refrigerator.
