LEMON LOAF FREEZE

Vanilla wafers, for lining loaf pan
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 (12 oz) container whipped topping

Line a loaf pan with foil. Arrange vanilla wafers in bottom and up sides of pan. Combine next 3 ingredients and stir until mixture thickens. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze at least 3 hours. Slice and serve partially frozen.
