GRAND MARNIER APPLES WITH ICE CREAM

4 cups orange juice
4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup grand marnier and amaretto liquor
4 chocolate wafer cookies

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine first 3 ingredients and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Scoop ice cream into serving dishes and top with apples, and drizzle grand marnier and amaretto liquor. Garnish with chocolate wafer stuck in ice cream. Serves 4
