SWISS HAM AND NOODLES CASSEROLE

4 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion and green pepper
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cups sour cream
16 oz noodles, cooked and drained
4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
4 cups cooked ham, cubed

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute chopped vegetables. Remove from heat, stir in soup and sour cream. In a buttered 4-quart casserole, layer 1/3 of the noodles, cheese, ham and 1/2 of the soup mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
