Shelly's Recipe

24 HOUR MEAT MARINADE

2 cups olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 bay leaves
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp each curry powder and lemon juice

In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients and whisk to thoroughly blend. Use as a 24 hour marinade on beef, bbq, stir-fry or oven baked, as desired.
