HERILOOM TOMATO FRITTATA

1/4 c. goat cheese
1 c. cooked pasta
2 sliced tomatoes (Heirloom if available)
6 eggs
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. cream
Fresh basil
Fresh thyme
1/4 c. fresh sweet corn
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a skillet. Put pasta down on top of melted butter. Mix eggs, corn, cream, salt and pepper, and cheese. Pour over pasta. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees until set (about 10 - 15 minutes).
