CITRUS CREAM CHEESE PIE

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
Milk
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp grated lime and lemon peel
4 oz pkg instant pudding mix
1 graham cracker pie crust

Garnish
Whipped cream
Lemon and lime slices

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 1 tbsp milk, lime juice and peels; beat until blended; set aside.

Prepare pudding according to pkg directions for pie filling using 1 3/4 cup milk. With a wire whisk stir cream cheese mixture into pudding. Spoon into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, lemon and lime slices.
