SPRINGTIME CITRUS CREAM PIE

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar
8 oz container whipped topping
2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into pieces
2 medium lemons, peeled, sectioned and cut into pieces
1 Nilla Pie Crust
Mix cream cheese in large bowl with 1 teaspoon vanilla. Slowly beat in 2 cups powdered sugar. Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture until fluffy. Fold in orange and lemon pieces. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill in refrigerator approximately 50-55 minutes. When chilled, garnish with additional orange and lemon pieces/slices and coconut, if desired. Slice, serve and enjoy! Store pie in refrigerator.
