BRAISED TURKEY LEGS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY

4 turkey drumsticks, about 3 lbs
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp each dried oregano, tarragon, basil, and garlic powder
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Mushroom Gravy
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water or 1/2 cup each dry white wine and chicken broth
1 (10 1/2 oz) can mushroom gravy
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
1 tsp each minced dried onions, fresh parsley and garlic powder
Preheat oven to 325. Place drumsticks in a roasting pan. Combine lemon juices and remaining ingredients for turkey and pour over turkey. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn turkey twice and baste occasionally.
Meanwhile, make gravy by combining cornstarch and water in a saucepan until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Spoon over turkey. Cover loosely with foil and bake, basting frequently, for 1 hour or until turkey is tender. Serves 4
