PEPPERONI MACARONI PIZZA CASSEROLE

1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
1-1/2 cups prepared pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
30 slices pizza pepperoni
1/3 cup canned sliced black olives, drained

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in the eggs, Parmesan cheese, sour cream and Italian seasoning. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; top with pepperoni and olives. Return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10-12
