PEACHY PORK PICANTE

1 lb cubed boneless pork loin
Taco seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1 (8 oz) jar salsa
4 tbsp peach preserves
Hot cooked rice

Coat meat with seasoning. Heat oil in a skillet and brown meat. Add salsa and preserves to skillet, stir to mix well. Cover and lower heat. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
