PARTY HAM CASSEROLE

4 oz noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp instant minced onion
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 cup sour cream
2 cups ham, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles al dente and drain. While noodles are cooking, combine in a small saucepan the soup and milk, stirring over low heat until smooth. Add onion, mustard and sour cream. In a grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer half the noodles, ham and sauce. Repeat layers. Top bread crumbs with the 1 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
