PARMESAN PORK TENDERLOIN

Category: Roasts/Tenderloins - Pork

1 lb pork tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1 inch slices
3 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup steak sauce or ketchup

Place each tenderloin slice on its cut surface and flatten with heal of hand to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine bread crumbs and next 3 ingredients in a shall dish. Dredge pork slices to coat. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute pork, onion and garlic for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until pork is cooked through. Serve with steak sauce. Serves 4
