COOL CUCUMBER DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp minced fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dill weed
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise, stir in cucumber, garlic and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with desired vegetables.
