KIELBASA AND POTATO SKILLET

5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 lb polish kielbasa
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Heat a skillet with cooking spray and add potatoes. Pour water or broth over potatoes and sprinkle with onions, salt, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are almost soft.

Slice sausage into 3/4 inch pieces and add to potatoes and mix together. Cook over medium heat until sausage is almost cooked, about 10 minutes. Add soup and stir to mix. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve.Serves 6-8
