HAWAIIAN FRUIT DIP

1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Assorted fruit, such as strawberries, melon balls or chunks, kiwi slices, orange sections and/or peach slices

In a bowl, whisk pudding and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream and stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with desired fruit.
