1/2 pound blue Cheese, crumbled
12 ounces pale ale beer
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
2 steaks, your choice and desired thickness

Start making the sauce by pouring the beer into a sauce pan over medium-low heat. As the beer starts to simmer, slowly add in the blue cheese and mix until evenly melted. Add a pinch of kosher salt and lemon juice, mix well.

Grill the steaks as you normally would. Place each steak on a plate and drown with the blue cheese and ale sauce. Serves 2-4
