BAKED TACO DIP

Category: Dips - Hot

1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 (1.25 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
2 clove garlic, minced
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion and chopped pitted olives
2 tbsp minced cilantro or parsley
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Toppings:,Salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole
Tortilla Chips

Preheat oven to 375. Spread beans on bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. In a box, combine next 3 ingredients and spread over beans. Top with remaining ingredients in order given and bake until heated through. Top with desired toppings and serve with chips
