* IMPOSSIBLE ITALIAN PIE* - Easy

1 lb bulk sausage
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup baking mix
6 oz sour cream
3 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Brown, drain and crumble sausage. Put in bottom of a greased 11x7 inch pan. Top with onions and cheese
Process remaining ingredients in blender for 1 minute. Pour over meat mixture. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
