CHEDDAR CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI IN A PASTRY PUFF

1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells, baked according to package directions
2 (12 oz) jars chicken gravy
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sourdough cheese croutons, crushed

While pastry is baking, mix together first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Heat through. Serve in pastry shells and sprinkle with cheese. Top with crumbs. Serves 6
