ONION-CHEESE SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup instant minced onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Creole seasoning

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate overnight to let onion flavor marinate. Serve as an appetizer or snack with crackers. Serves 6-8

NOTE: This is also good spread on bread and heated up in the oven.
