GRILLED SALMON TOPPED WITH SHRIMP

1 filet of salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp sliced garlic
2 tbsp sliced fennel
1/4 cup chicken stock
3 peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tsp crushed red pepper
4 asparagus spears
Coat salmon in olive oil that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Place salmon on hot grill. In separate saucepan saute garlic in olive oil. Add fennel when garlic is golden brown. Saute for 2 minutes and add shrimp. When shrimp turn pink add chicken stock and sautee for 3-4 minutes. Add crushed red pepper. Place salmon on asparagus and top with the shrimp, garlic and fennel. Serves 1
