1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda and salt
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients into an oblong pan; stir well with a fork.
Make 3 holes in dry mixture and pour remaining ingredients into holes. Pour 1 cup water over all and stir well with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes.
