Grilled - CORN WITH SPICE CHILI BUTTER

6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp EACH ground cumin and paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
8 ears fresh corn, prepared according to Grilled Corn Recipe
1 lime, cut into 8 edges
Melt the butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. When the foaming subsides, add the next 5 ingredients and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set aside. Using tongs, take each ear of grilled corn and roll it in the spice butter. Serve immediately with lime wedges and salt.
