CREOLE CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE - Easy

1 package Gumbo Mix
4 chicken breasts
4 cups water
3/4 cups all purpose flour
Creole seasoning to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Season chicken pieces with Creole seasoning and dredge in flour. Brown chicken pieces in hot oil and set aside. Pour off all but 1-2 tablespoons of oil from skillet. Add Gumbo Mix and 4 cups water. Stir thoroughly and bring to boil.
To greased casserole dish pour evenly the gumbo mixture and place the brown chicken parts on surface. Cover and bake in 400 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked. Serves 4
