CREAMY FARMERS DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

1 medium-sized cucumber, cut into small chunks
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients on medium-high speed until smooth. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups dressing.

NOTE: Good over tossed salad or simply drizzled over fresh cucumbers or tomatoes.
