Grilled - CORN WITH GARLIC BUTTER AND CHEESE

6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, minced
8 ears fresh corn, prepared according to Grilled Corn Recipe
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt

Melt the butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. When the foaming subsides, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat. Roll the corn in the garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle with salt.
