1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Melt butter, add other ingredients and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour over cooked vegetables. Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
