1/4 cup each cracked peppercorns and paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine ingredients and store. Use to rub into favorite meat and refrigerate overnight before smoking.
