Grilled - BAKED APPLES

Category: Apples

Core 4 baking apples, leaving the bottom in tact

Mix together
1/4 cup brown sugar and granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp raisins and chopped walnuts

Fill apples with mixture and wrap in foil. Place on hot coals of grill. Cook until apples are soft. Serves 4
