HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATO SKILLET CASSEROLE - Easy

3 1/2 cups water
2 tsp butter
1 pkg creamy scalloped potato mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 lb ham or Canadian bacon strips
9 oz pkg frozen sugar snap peas, thawed and drained

Combine water and butter in a large skillet. Heat to boil. Stir in potatoes, bring bake to boil for 15 minutes. Do not drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, continue to simmer an additional 4-5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Season with pepper, to taste. Serves 4
