GARLIC DIJON PORK CHOPS

2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 lb pork chops

Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients into a casserole dish. Turn to coat pork. Bake 30-40 minutes.

Make Ahead: Place all ingredients into a gallon freezer bag. Lay flat in freezer. The night before serving, place the bag on a shelf in the refrigerate to thaw overnight. Preheat oven and empty contents into a large casserole dish. Bake ad directed above.
