HONEY PECAN CHICKEN

4 chicken breast
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Cup fresh chopped parsley
1 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1 stick butter
2 cups honey
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 tsp season salt

Take flour, garlic, pepper, salt & parsley and blend in bowl, set to side.

Mix eggs and milk together, add chicken breast and coat well. Take coated chicken breast and add to flour mixture, being sure to coat completely. Heat olive oil on med heat and place chicken in hot fry pan. Saute until golden brown on surface 150 degrees approx. Take butter and honey and melt on stove top in a sauce pan. Add season salt to pan. Keep to side, warm.

Take pecan and lightly toast the nuts until oils extrude from the flesh of the nut. Add nuts to honey/butter mixture. Take cooked chicken breasts and coat them w/ the mixture of honey/butter & pecans. Place in pan coated w/ non stick spray in oven for 12-15 min on 350 degrees until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees. Ready to serve. Serves 4
