HONEY-PECAN CHICKEN

Honey-Pecan Sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp chopped pecans, toasted
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Mopping Sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp each lemon juice and water
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 to 3 1/2 lb favorite chicken pieces
Prepare grill for direct heat. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil.
Mix together pecan sauce ingredients and set aside. Mix mopping sauce ingredients together and brush chicken with the mixture. Grill on medium heat for 25 to 35 minutes, skin-side up, continue turning and mopping chicken 2 or 3 times, until juice of chicken is not longer pink. Discard any remaining butter sauce. Serves 4
