1 1/4 lb boneless center-cut pork chops
1/2 cup prepared salsa

Cut pork into small pieces. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Season pork with salt and pepper. Add the pork to the skillet and brown, stirring occasionally. Pour the salsa into the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low until pork is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
