QUICK ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND RIGITONI DINNER

1 lb rigatoni, cooked al dente and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
12 oz pkg frozen green peas
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper and oregano, to taste
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
While pasta is cooking, in a skillet, heat oil and saute sausage and brown in skillet. Add frozen peas and seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly add heavy cream and butter to skillet; bring to a slight boil. Add more cream if necessary. Cook for 5 minutes but do not boil. Toss in cooked pasta and to with cheese. Serves 4
