CHEESY NEW ORLEANS SHRIMP DIP - Crock pot

2 slices bacon, cooked until crips
3 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash pepper
Saute onin and garlic in bacon drippings until soft. Drain on paper towels. Coarsley chop the shrim and crumble the bacon, placing in a crockpot along with the other interdients. Cover and heat on LOW for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. (I thin with milk if it gets too thick.) Serve with favorite chips.
