EASY CHERRY COBBLER - Crock pot

1 (16 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 cake mix for 1 layer cake or sweet muffin mix
1 egg
3 tbsp evaporate dmilk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Place pie filling in a lightly butter 3 1/2 quart crock pot and cook on high for 30 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients and spoon mixture onto pie filling. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours. Serves 6

NOTE: I make in a lightly greased souffle dish and place in a larger crock pot.
