ASIAN MARINATED STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

1 (1 lb) top sirloin steak

Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp each sesame seeds and vegetable oil
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp each ground ginger and pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add steak. Seal and refrigerate least 2 hours but preferable all day or overnight.

Heat grill to medium heat and wipe grill grate with some vegetable oil.

Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Place on grate and cook 4-5 minute on each side or to desired doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serves 4
