TANGY GRILLED CHICKEN

4 broiler-fryer chicken quarters
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup steak sauce
2 tbsp Russian dressing
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Place chicken in a shallow bowl, add vinegar. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, drain well. Combine steak sauce and dressing, set aside. Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill, skin side up, about 8 inch from medium heat. Cook, turning and basting with sauce every 5-7 minutes, for 30-45 minutes or until done. Serves 4
