SUNNY GRILLED CHICKEN

10 lbs leg/thigh quarters, skinned
18 oz jar each apricot preserves and orange marmalade
1/2 cup cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Rinse and pat dry chicken. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Spray grill with cooking spray. Light grill and get hot. Add chicken, coat each side of chicken with glaze. Cook approximately 1 hour or until chicken is done. Turn often so it won’t burn. During last 10 minutes, baste chicken on both sides with glaze.
